Hi Guys! I've been noticing that our more active deviants have been confusing the specific folders. There are differences between Scribbles, WIPs, Linearts, Sketches, and Concept art/ Character Refs.
Okay. Let's start with Scribbles.
To me, a scribble is like a sketch, but it's non planned, or doodled while you were bored. You basically had no idea what you were drawing until you drew it. Here's an example:

or

It could be a bit more messed up, or less colored as well.

For a WIP, that's pretty simple. It's a piece of work that isn't finished. They are usually flat colored. Example:

or

For a Lineart, it is NOT a sketch, but a semi-finished work that has clear lines that can be colored in.
Example:

or

And for a sketch, whether traditional or digital, is not finished whatsoever. It still has a lot of messy lines, and may have few colors and "guide" shading lines.

Example:

or

Lastly, for Concept art/Character Refs, is a reference, or complete picture of a character, that comes with their colors, body, and stuff. We don't accept refs that only have a picture, but we want more. Like, if a character has a scar on their midsection, STRIP 'EM SO WE CAN SEE IT!
Example:

OR

(This is concept art.

That's all guys! Thanks for reading and stay random!
